This project involved a Change of Use, extensive Alterations and several Additions to suit the Client’s program for a “Maker’s Space” and his business headquarters. The first design iteration was well beyond budget. After the second and third iteration, the budget was inline. Unfortunately, the project was “shelved” for a number of outside factors. At the time of this writing, it is hoped that this project will come back to life as this is a cool project.
